1
Screw the metal sealing plate on wooden
handle in case is not already mounted.
Be careful to not to over tighten the
plate as this can damage the insert in
wood handle.
2
Rub the seal over pre lubricated fabric before
each seal stamping to prevent the wax from
sticking to remove sealing plate; if this
happens, you can remove the wax by placing the
seal in the freezer a few minutes and when it is
cold remove the wax from the plate using
a toothpick.
3
Hold the envelope flap down. Place the bar
about 3 cm above the surface to avoid wax
from splashing. Melt the wax bar placing
its tip on the blue part of the lighter flame
which should be besides the bar,not bellow,
to prevent the ealing wax to get smoked.
4
Melt enough sealing wax according with the size of
your seal and give it a circular shape using the tip
of the bar. Allow the wax to cool down a little waiting
5 to 10 seconds and then
press the stamp
on the melted wax.
To seal another
document repeat
from step 2.
If the seal gets too hot,
allow it to cool down
before use it again.
