Return Policy

ALB guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects.

If you have any claim about the quality of any ALB product, you must present it in writing within a period of 3 calendar days counting from the delivery of the products, including a detailed description of the defect as well as photographs of the defect to be evaluated by ALB´s customers service personnel.

ALB product warranty consists solely the replacement of materials that have been proven defective and authorized for return by ALB.

ALB does not assume, under any circumstances, responsibility for additional costs that may be generated by the use of its products.

In the case of custom special design stamps and personalized products ONCE CUSTOMER HAS AUTHORIZED THE PREVIEW ALB WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERROR.

In personalized products, cancellations, changes or refunds are not allowed.
